Just got a text from my mate who works at the FA.
Police are investigating a betting scam on the recent West Ham v Arsenal, Liverpool and Manchester City results.
Bookmakers have admitted a loss on the above matches with single, double and treble bets on the Hammers to win all three games.
A quote from a senior member of the FA "these three games were all highly unusual and most unlikely results and a full investigation has begun"
Police are looking for one particular individual who may be travelling the country in a converted horse box.

Moses score first and west ham win 2.1 325 to 1. Sakho score anytime and west ham win 25 to 1. West ham win 2.1 40 to 1. West ham win 10.1, Koyate to score first and west ham win 2.1 and sky bet paid we out 28 to 1 for the 2.1 bit. Was very generous of them. £475 squids for a fiver. That's me done for the season. Second half nearly killed me off and thank god sky bet don't do cash out.

Personally , I love hearing about other peoples winning bets . People who don't are obviously not gamblers . There's no better feeling than winning a few quid and then telling everyone about it . Makes you forget about all the previous losses !

I said 2-1 in my head too, but I had as much conviction as a wet dead sardine tbh.
The wins against these Sharks in their own back yard is actually hard to take in maybe because of the three years of dire defeatist football we have forgotten what it is like to have fight and absolute conviction when countering.
